REVIEW ~ Hot Ticket by Olivia Cunning

There are things in bassist Jace Seymour’s past that he is unwilling to share with anyone. To cover his guilt and anguish, he seeks dominatrix Mistress V (Aggie) to temporarily placate his inner turmoil.

Aggie doesn’t have much use for men–besides the power rush she gets when they’re begging for mercy at her feet–but Jace isn’t like her usual clients. His cool defiance and unexpected dominance in the bedroom drives her to distraction and quickly steals her heart.

When circumstances threaten Jace’s position in Sinners, Aggie must help him regain his rightful place in the band while showing him that time and love can heal all wounds.

This is a ticket alright, a ticket on a hot ride-- so hang on tight and brace yourself- its gonna be a ...

And now onto the mysterious Jace!! He was always quiet, awkward and reserved in the other novels, but has a helluva naughtily dominating side to him. When you read the first three novels in the Sinners on Tour series by Olivia Cunning, Jace was a character that you just wanted to know more about. Well, here you go!!

Inside, Jace is broken from an ugly past. It broke my heart to have discovered the reasoning behind his lack of confidence within himself, with the exception of his talent. His talent was his savior. And as much as I like Eric, one of Jace's bandmates, I equally disliked him for being such a dickbomb to Jace, especially after I discovered why Jace had such high regards and devotion for Eric. I'm so thankful that Jace found Sinners, which led to his fate.

The girl that rocks Jace's world is one bad ass, sexy mistress. I envision her perfectly in my head. It was lovely reading how Aggie was able to offer Jace what he needed; how he was able to open up. How he needed to open up. Their connection was sexy, oh so naughty and quite supportive. They had a beautiful trust for the other- mentally and physically. What I'd do to run my fingers through that platinum blond hair of his.... my, my, my!

I'd say Hot Ticket had the most intensity as far as charactermanship, along with a dark masochistic side in the Sinners on Tour series. It was a highly emotional book. The burden Jace kept hidden until exposed sliced right thru your heart. The connection of the MC's in this book and the sex was submissive, raw, and scary good.

What's so fabulous about Sinners is how committed they are- to each other, their band mates, and their music. How much love they have to give, and the crave for that love to be reciprocated. Truly, it was exciting to follow each member's journey on their fate and fight for love and for getting into their souls to understand them for who they are beyond the music and fame.
