Bliss Edwards is about to graduate from college and still has hers. Sick of being the only virgin among her friends, she decides the best way to deal with the problem is to lose it as quickly and simply as possible-- a one-night stand. But her plan turns out to be anything but simple when she freaks out and leaves a gorgeous guy alone and naked in her bed with an excuse that no one with half-a-brain would ever believe. And as if that weren't embarrassing enough, when she arrives for her first class of her last college semester, she recognizes her new theatre professor. She'd left him naked in her bed about 8 hours earlier.
I knew I'd love Losing It by Cora Carmack from the moment 'sexual sword' was referenced- I like to fell out. Love it!!! This story is so good for the soul. The book reeked adorable and sexy. It was such a fun, classy read with drool worthy kissing scenes. I thoroughly enjoyed and I totally recommend you to read this new adult contemporary.
Bliss was pure and controlled and adorable, at times awkward and intimidated, but the chicka had major will power. If she could just get over that little pesky hump and let herself be... Ready. C'mon girl! Let that cat out of the bag! LOL!
Should she, shouldn't she? Does she, doesn't she? It should be simple, but being a virgin in your early 20's, well that's damn near unheard of these days. Can you even plan out at this point in losing your V card? Well, grab this quirky page turner and follow Bliss' journey to blossoming and deflowering.
Woo lawdy. Those confident, motorcycle riding, Shakespeare knowledged British guys know how to make your panties sizzle! And guh, lemme tell ya - ole Garrick- mmmmm hmmm you'll be fryin up some bacon in them undies, fo sho! Loved his personality!
There were cringy moments and lots of lusty moments. I felt like I was losing my virginity all over again and it was so much fun! A much better experience in losing it in the eyes of someone else, I should add.
I love when a book has great characters. The MC and supporting characters were all fantastic and exciting to read about.
This is a book you want to bump up to the very top of your TBR stack. I am so very excited to read the next installment in the collection, Faking It.
