Hi Kellen! Thanks for joining us to answer a few questions today! We are so happy to have you.
Brit and Kim: It must have been really difficult growing up with a father like yours. What do you miss most about your childhood? Do you wish you had a better relationship with your father and brother?
Kellen: What part do I miss? Well, we’re not really talking “a picnic” here, if you know what I mean… I guess the only part of my childhood that I miss was when my mom was around. Everything was better then. Yeah, Stephen and Roger are real pieces of work. Maybe if they weren’t so screwed up, I’d like that, but I gave up on them a long time ago.
B&K: We learn a little bit about your best friend Gabe in The Star Child, can you share with us a little bit more about what makes him such a great friend?
Kellen: Gabe’s cool. He’s probably one of the most loyal people I know. He really stands by you. I don’t know where I’d be without Gabe as a friend.
B&K: Please tell us Kellen, how hard was it to adjust to your world completely being turned upside down and being tossed into the land of legends?
Kellen: Very. It was one thing when this girl started showing up in my dreams every night, but then I find out that she’s real and could kick my butt if she wanted to. Talk about freaky. The minute she started talking about a prophecy, I thought about having an attorney present. Okay, I was sort of half-joking about the attorney remark. How was I supposed to know if she was a serial killer or not? All that I know is that as soon as Calienta showed up, people started trying to kill me and is not exactly in my M.O. if you know what I mean.
B&K: What do you admire most about Calienta, and if you could, what would you change about the way your relationship began?
Kellen: [Blushes] She’s fearless. Technically, I know she’s not, because I can sense her emotions as strongly as if they were my own. It’s more like… nothing stops her. No matter how afraid she is, she just moves forward. You don’t want to get on her bad side either. She’s got a temper. Just ask my coffee cup.
What would I change? Well… if I could, I never would have left her side, from the moment we met when I was six. We just had this connection. I can’t explain it. Like we were friends from the moment, we met. When I saw her again, she’d become even more beautiful. It would have been cool to just meet her without this whole prophecy thing hanging over our heads, ya know?
B&K: Now, just for fun! If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world (or the Celtic underworld for that matter) where would you go and who would you take with you?
Kellen: I think I’m sort of done with the Celic Underworld, for now, if you know what I mean? I’d like to take Calienta somewhere where there aren’t any paranormal creatures and no one wants to eighty-six me. Maybe the Carribean? It’s hard to imagine faeries in the Bahamas.
Thank you for answering our questions Kellen. We really appreciate you taking the time to stop by. We are suckers for cute boys, and we’d love to have you anytime. *smirk*
